RETURNS: Manufacturer’s direct warranty applies to all defective electrical components. Non-Defective returns or exchanges will be provided if the item is returned by the customer within ten (10) days from the date of sale. A telephone call, fax, or e-mail to Customer Service at "cs@thebackshop.com" explaining the circumstances causing the return is necessary in order to receive a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.
A RMA # is required on all returns, whether it be for refund, exchange or repair. This must also be done within the ten (10) days from the date of sale. A copy of the sales invoice is required. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for Non-Defective or Undamaged Merchandise. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: In the event a customer receives merchandise that was damaged in shipment by USPS or UPS, please follow the following procedures: 1.) Notify The BackShop by email or telephone to acquire an RMA #. 2.) Make sure you retain the original packaging and shipping labels with parcel numbers. 3.) UPS will notify The BackShop to issue a call tag at our end. UPS will then pick up the shipping materials, the damaged goods and the box from your address. This institutes the claim settlement. We will ensure that all corrective action is performed as quickly as possible.
4.) It is the customer’s responsibility to file claims with the Post Office. We will cooperate with both the customer and the Postal Service in the settlement of any and all claims. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. |
